The Summit County Library offers free exam proctoring, Monday - Friday from 10:30 am - 6:00 pm. Please fill out the form below to schedule a proctor. You will receive an email confirmation from a librarian if your request is accepted. After your appointment is accepted, please have your exam information sent to one of the following librarians depending on where you will take your exam:

Students are responsible for making arrangements with their institution to have their exam proctored by one of our librarians. This includes arranging for testing materials to be sent to the library, making sure that your institution allows for your exam to be proctored by one of librarians, and providing valid photo identification at the time of the proctored exam. The library is not responsible for grading exams or scheduling exams through your institution. Please refer to the guidelines and instructions on exam proctoring from your institution.
