Classic Film Club at Kamas (Christmas in Connecticut)

Join us in celebrating the Golden Age of Hollywood! We will provide a brief background and discussion of the film before each screening. Meets every 3rd Thursday of the month at 6 pm. Popcorn and treats provided! This month we will watch Christmas in Connecticut (1945, 101 mins), starring Barbara Stanwyck, Dennis Morgan, and Sydney Greenstreet.

Synopsis: A famous food writer lies about living on a farm, raising her children, and being a good cook. In reality she is an unmarried New Yorker who can't boil an egg. When her editor says she will spend Christmas with a heroic sailor, her job is on the line.
