Book to Film Club (Life, Animated)

Join us for a free screening of Life, Animated (PG, 91 minutes) in the Kimball Junction Branch Auditorium. The film is based on the memoir Life, Animated: A Story of Sidekicks, Heroes, and Autism by Ron Suskind. After the screening, we will have an optional discussion about the book and the film. The audiobook is always available on Libby, and the e-book and book are also available to check out. 

Synopsis: After watching animated Disney movies, including The Little Mermaid and the Lion King, a young autistic man finds a common language with his parents, and sees his communication skills develop.
